DANCE EXERCISE
A new program that combines stretching, Dance fitness, Ballet, and Yoga!
It all starts with breathing exercises to center and relax the mind and moves on to stretching exercises to relax your muscles.
Next, the instructor will help you develop an improved and strengthened posture using concepts from dance fitness, ballet, and yoga. You will learn how to better be aware of your body's axis and center of gravity. This will give you an idea, a balanced posture that improves your stamina.
I would like to introduce and use these elements within 25 minutes for the students, and it will be effective if you continue to take the classes twice a week.
Together, we can build a beautifully balanced body foundation for you!
This can be done in a yoga mat space.
Please bring loose, stretchy clothing and a drink to the lesson.
It's a very easy class, so beginners are welcome!
Kids and Seniors are also welcome.

- Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
- Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
- No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
