Welcome to your 3-lesson mini-coaching on how to personalize your own daily hydration plan for weight loss or well-being!  Learn what to drink, how much and how to make changes that are right for you.

**Important: This 3-pack of lessons is COACHING.  Coaching not only provides information (a "lesson"), but teaches you HOW to start a journey of making better choices for yourself. There will be small, quick daily tasks (no longer than 5 minutes/ day) in between lessons that you will need to complete before the next session.  Each lesson will need to be scheduled at least 5 days apart in order to complete the homework.**

Lesson 1 Topics:
1. What is hydration?
2. Effects of dehydration
3. Important factors that effect hydration
4. Two big hydration myths
5. Homework: How to find your hydration improvement start-point

Lesson 2 Topics:
1. Discussion of Lesson 1 homework 
2. Tuning into thirst and body signals
3. Hydration and weight management
4. Introduction to the habit change process
5. How to choose your first daily hydration habit practice
6. Homework: Take your first action 

Lesson 3 Topics:
1. Discussion of Lesson 2 homework
2. Overhydration: drinking too much water
3. Final daily hydration tips 
4. The change process: Progress over perfection
5. Take your next action and conclusion

Your lessons will include original handouts. You may need to send completed lesson tasks (excel or PDF files) back to me before the next lesson.  (These contain no identifying or personal data.) In order to efficiently use our time together, please have them prepared and ready. :)

All information shared with me during our lessons is completely confidential.  Our time together is a safe space for you to learn, discuss and share. Change is not easy. And small "failures" can be embarassing.  We can feel like hiding and block ourselves from progress.  But always remember, "failures" aren't really failures: just another opportunity to learn and succeed!  I'm looking forward to being your guide. :)

(2) 「进行中」係指课程包中已有一堂课程经确定。(当讲师确定第一堂课程预约后,系统将自动發送课程包剩馀课程的优惠券供之后预约使用。)

取消单堂课程包课程

• 若欲取消单堂课程包课程而非整个课程包,请至该课程预约详细页面取消。取消费依讲师的一般课程取消政策而定,但「收取 50% 课程费用为取消费」将不适用。课程包优惠券仅可能返还或抵用。

  • 随时可以取消。

课程预约确定后

  • 课程时间前 3 小时內→ 收取 100% 课程费用为取消费。
