Kursinhalt

The perfect all in one home workout. All you need is yourself, 1m² space, some water and a towel.

Improve your cardiovascular fitness and your muscular strength/definition using functional body weight exercises (jogging on the spot, squats and push ups) in 30 second intervals. In just 30 minutes you will lift your heart rate, burn fat, get stronger, improve balance and improve flexibility in this great all in one workout.

Suitable for all fitness levels, with easier, medium and harder options for all exercises. Must be 16 or over. 

This is high intensity interval training (HIIT) so please seek medical advice if you have any pre existing conditions or you are unsure about being able to participate.




If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
