“Entry to Meditation” makes meditation simple and practical. Learn to bring calm, focus, and positivity into your day without complex rituals. Discover how meditation can fit into even the busiest schedule in just 7 minutes.

 

**Practice with a Free Meditation App**

 

Why stop at class? We’ll use a free meditation app (in English) so you can practice anytime, anywhere—whether on a break, or hiding from your to-do list. I’ll guide you through the app, help you find the perfect 7-minute meditation, set reminders, and track your progress. Mindfulness is now at your fingertips!



**What You Will Learn**

  • Meditation basics: posture, breathing, and setting intentions (no yoga pants needed)
  • Using a free meditation app for easy, on-the-go practice
  • Guided meditation sessions—including a 7-minute practice to reset and recharge

**What to Prepare**

  • Comfortable clothing (pajamas welcome)
  • A quiet spot to sit in cross leg position (chair, cushion, or wherever you’re comfy)
  • A smartphone or tablet to download the free meditation app (app is in English)
  • An open mind and curiosity to go within
