Join me for a Gentle Yoga Flow—a soothing, feel-good class designed to help you stretch, unwind, and move with ease. We’ll flow slowly through gentle poses, focusing on breath, relaxation, and mindful movement—perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or just craving a little self-care. No pressure, no rush—just a peaceful space to connect with your body and let go of tension. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed!
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
