Scheduling a Meeting:
"I'd like to schedule a meeting for [day/time]. Does that work for you?"
"Would you be available on [day] at [time]?"
Rescheduling a Meeting:
"Something has come up. Could we reschedule for another time?"
"Would it be possible to move our meeting to [new time/day]?"
Confirming a Meeting:
"Just to confirm, we are meeting on [day] at [time], correct?"
"I look forward to our meeting on [day] at [time]."
Politely Declining/Suggesting an Alternative:
"I'm afraid I’m unavailable at that time. Would [alternative time] work?"
"Unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it. Could we meet on [alternative day] instead?"
