Welcome to "Ink Insight"!
In this class you will be able to dive in the world of current affairs and make the daily newspaper your English textbook. Immerse yourself in engaging articles, enhance your vocabulary, and cultivate language skills whiles staying informed about global events.
Purpose:
Practice your English skills in a practical and informative way. Explore the richness of language through news articles and features from reputable sources.
Who Can Join:
Anyone! This class is open to English learners of all levels, from beginners to advanced speakers. I will choose the article best suited to your interests and language level.
Class Format:
⦿ Daily Readings: Read aloud one or two curated news articles covering a spectrum of topics, from global affairs and sports to culture and technology.
⦿ Vocabulary Learning: Break down complex words and expressions found in new articles, expanding your language skills.
⦿ Discussion Forums: Engage in meaningful discussions about news topics, developing conversational skills and critical thinking.
⦿ Article Analysis (optional): Dissect news articles for language structure, tone, and writing styles.
⦿ Feedback: I will provide you with constructive feedback for the last five minutes of each session, highlighting words hard to pronounce, and new sentences.
