We all know that good customer services helps all businesses grow because it keeps the customer coming back or helps you get free marketing if they tell other people about their experience or recomend your business to others.
But if you have a problem speaking in English and your job requires that you use the language or you own a spot that attracts tourists and have difficulty communicating with them it might not matter much how good you are if there is a language barrier because chances are you will not be able to met all there needs.
So to avoid this book a lesson to learn basic vocabulary needed to work as a cutomer service worker.
For 40 mins lesson you have to choose one field you want to use for role play.
