When you are feeling overwhelmed by loneliness, depression, stress, or anxiety—when relationships at home or at work are difficult, or someone has hurt you deeply and you have no one to talk to—please know that you are not alone. If you are feeling burned out, stuck, or struggling with sadness or anger that keeps coming back, I want you to know that there is support.
I am here for you. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can speak freely and be heard with genuine care and without any judgment. I will listen with a kind heart and an open mind, giving you my full, undivided attention. Everything you share will be held in complete confidence.
