今は海外に行けないけれど、今度の海外旅行までに、ヨガ英語を学んでみませんか？？太陽礼拝はヨガの基本ですね。それを英語でマスターしておけば、きっと海外のヨガスタジオに行く勇気を持てるはず！旅行先で早起きをして朝ヨガなんてできたら素敵ですよね♡
今のうちにスキルアップしておきませんか？おうち時間やちょっと空いた時間に！ぜひ～一緒にヨガと英語の勉強をしちゃいましょう！

近年は外国人講師のワークショップも日本で多く開催されますよね！
先生方のすばらしい言葉をそのまま直接理解できたらなんと素晴らしいのでしょう！
このレッスンでは太陽礼拝を基本としてカラダのパーツやよく使われるヨガ英語(フレーズ)をお伝えします。
英語の勉強もなかなか続かないなんてお声も良く聞きますが、
確かに机に座って教科書を開くだけではつまらないです。
ヨガをしながら楽しく学ぶことができればきっと英語も好きになること間違いなし！
