Talking with a native English-speaker is one of the best ways to improve your conversational ability. During the lesson, I’ll make notes on vocabulary, idioms and usage, and give these to you afterwards so you can study them.
Usually, I focus on a particular topic in a conversation lesson, often something you find interesting. This can really help you improve your ability to talk about this particular interest of yours. Frequent topics include:
- Beliefs and Opinions
- Business (including business language)
- Culture
- Emotions
- Getting to Know People
- Hobbies and Interests
- Careers/Jobs
- Travel
