
Improve your flexibility and de-stress with this relaxing stretch class.
Description
We begin with an easy warm up to get your muscles stretch ready, then we move through a series of relaxing stretches targeting all the major areas of the body. Take your time as we hold each stretch for up to 1 minute. Gently increasing the stretch but never forcing it.
A great 30 minute class to help relax your body and your mind.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Must be 16 or over. The class can be done using a mat or on soft carpet.
