One of the best ways to improve your speaking skills is by improving your writing skills. This lesson will more effectively improve your overall English.

Why I am calling this lesson "Best"
As a teacher, I am always looking for the best way to help students to improve their English. This lesson, in my professional opinion, is the best way to take online lessons. This lesson is actually 2 lessons in 1.
The first part is a writing lesson.
Most students don't realize how beneficial writing can be and how it will improve their overall English level. When we write, it is using the same part of our brain as when we speak. It's also a way to get you to put more time into your English studies so that you can improve faster.
The second part is a Skype lesson.
By talking about what you have written, you are using and reviewing new words, expressions, and sentence structures. This will help you to better remember what you have learned. We need to practice and review what that we learn.
This lesson is basically my "Writing Sample Sentences" lesson (500 points) combined with my "Daily Conversation" lesson (1400 points).
Before the Skype Lesson, you will:
1. Submit some writing to me

- 5-10 new vocabulary words. I suggest writing example sentences with them.
- Read a news article and submit a short summary
- Read an article and submit sentences that you don't understand
- Write about your life- your day/goals/ideas/opinions
- Tell me a story about your life
- Describe a picture
- Ask me if you need any help! I can always give you something.
- Please write around 50-150 words
After you submit your writing, I will:
1. Correct your grammar/writing
2. Provide you with reasons why your writing was incorrect

3. Give you natural English expressions to use in the future
In the Skype lesson, we will:
1. Practice using the words/sentences to help you to better remember them

3. Talk more in-depth about the topic and any related materials
This is a 25-minute Skype lesson, but:
1. You can extend it to 40 minutes for 200 points or 50 minutes for 300 points.
2. If you know you want a 40 or 50-minute lesson beforehand, please let me know in advance!
3. If you want to extend the lesson during the lesson, just let me know.
I think this is a tremendously valuable lesson for students!
