Are you struggling with life at the moment and would like to talk to someone about it?
We can discuss any difficulties you are facing or perhaps, you aren't facing a difficulty but are just not feeling very good. Whatever the issue is, we can discuss it together. I am a skilled listener with several years of work and studying in mental health.
You can share as much or as little as you wish, it is absolutely up to you. This process is very informal and relaxing. We can discuss mindfulness techniques to help you recognise easy ways in which you can relax on a daily basis.
This is an opportunity for you to open up about any struggles you have, this can help to lighten the emotional load you are carrying. Sharing things can also help you to think more clearly and to feel more relaxed. If you wish to discuss next steps you can take, I am happy to talk about this.

Qualifications:
- Psychology degree
- COSCA couselling certificate
- 1 year of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy + 20 hours of counselling placement sessions
- 3 Years working for mental health charities, I supported people with their wellbeing
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
