Do you attend meetings in English?
Do you want to express your ideas and opinions clearly and naturally?
Do you want to respond to your coworkers’ opinions in a polite and professional way?
If so, this lesson is for you!
DESCRIPTION
This lesson is for anyone who attends business meetings in English, either in person or online.
The lesson is role-play based. We will role-play a business meeting in which you will have chance to use lots of natural business phrases.
LESSON GOALS:
- Give your opinion and make suggestions clearly and naturally
- Ask your coworkers for their opinions
- Politely respond to your coworkers’ opinions
LESSON PREPARATION:
- Before the lesson, I'll send a PDF with some short exercises to introduce useful meeting phrases
- Please do the exercises before the lesson
DURING THE LESSON:
- In the lesson I’ll check your answers to the exercises
- We’ll do a meeting role-play (info is on the PDF)
- I’ll give you advice and feedback
