Teacher Selina is an exceptional tutor. She delivered GOODBYE 2025, HELLO 2026 with clarity and warmth. She made me feel comfortable and free. I could make mistakes and she waited for me to finish, then she corrected me. She helped me to refelect on 2025 and think forward into 2026. I feel motivated after speaking to her. She will help you relax, laugh and have fun during the lesson. I was very happy to make sentences with the new vocabulary to help me improve my English with new words. 毎回、先生が選んでくださるテキストには豊かなバリエーションがあり、フランス人の思想や暮らし、今と昔――自分の想像をはるかに超える多くのことを学ばせていただいています。そのたびに扱われる語彙の種類も異なり、自然と語彙の幅が広がっていくのを感じます。レッスンの中では、単語の発音や意味をより深く理解するために先生が丁寧に問いを投げかけてくださり、私が読み上げるときには、ゆっくりとうなずきながら、いつも優しく耳を傾けてくださいます。そんなゆったりとした温かな時間の中で、いつも私のために真剣に向き合ってくださる先生のご姿勢に、心からの感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

3年ほど、ほぼ毎週継続して受講しています。現在は中級レベルの教科書まで進みました。新しい課で学ぶ表現だけでなく、過去に習った似た表現との使い分けやニュアンスの違いについても、日本語でとても丁寧に説明してくださるため、理解しやすいです。教科書に沿った学習もしっかり指導してくださいますが、それ以外の会話も楽しく、毎週のレッスンは「勉強」というよりも「楽しみ」な時間になっています。楽しみながらも、しっかり学べるレッスンを求めている方におすすめの講師です！！

カスタムレッスンでは、自分の勉強したい教材でレッスンをお願いしています。普段はnippon.comやLe Mondeなどから読みたいフランス語の記事を選んで、予約しています。nippon.comでは日本語版も確認できるので、翻訳の勉強にもなると思います。先生と内容について意見を交換できるのも楽しいです。フィードバックでは、分かりにくかった表現や語彙などを日本語付きで戻してもらえるので、復習に役立っています。熱心で真面目な先生で信頼できます。

Another wonderful lesson! I learned new words through reading and was able to check my understanding of the stories with comprehension questions. In addition, the homework allowed me to review the lesson, think more deeply about the stories, and share my thoughts. Amber’s lessons always include insights into human psychology, which makes her lessons especially unique and special.
