Restore your tired body with first rate relaxing yoga. We will be using the following props (yoga tools): bolsters, blocks (if you do not have any, you can use blankets or cushions that you have at home).

Healing yoga is mainly done sitting or lying down. Relax both your body and your mind and improve your flexibility.

Easy movements coupled with deep breathing. Flexibility and strength training to help prevent seniors from becoming bedridden, falling down, etc. This is done sitting down, so it’s great for people who don’t have confidence in their physical strength.
