Whatever the reason - this 'Introduction to Yoga' is exactly what you need!

Yoga is an ancient system of health, wellness and vitality, which when performed correctly can balance the mind, body and spirit.

Unlike typical western exercise in which you will suffer muscular pain, soreness, fatigue and get hot and sweaty - this practice is built around a completely different set of principles which enable you to stay fit and healthy without breaking your body down and causing damage.

These lessons are suitable for people of ALL ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. 

I can tailor each class to suit your EXACT needs and goals, as well as likes and dislikes.

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 12hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 12-24hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
