Description

This is a safe yoga routine designed specially for expecting mothers to help them relax, overcome stress; and stretch and strengthen their bodies, as they prepare for the magical process of labor. Some movements are fairly modified because pregnant body is different. We will focus on breathing, stretching lightly and doing specialised exercises for strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, good for preventing diastasis recti and pelvic floor weakness. Welcome!

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 2hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 2-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
