It’s important to move and stay active during this staying-at-home time. Let’s do a simple routine to boost your focus and productivity as well as energize your body while staying healthy and happy.

 

To motivate students, I made this lesson super affordable and anyone can do it: any age or gender. Multiple people in the lesson are also welcome, so feel free to ask your family members to join.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 2hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 2-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
