Description

This session is perfect for people who are out of shape and it could be very beneficial for people over 50. It helps us stretch and get some fluid into our joints for greater mobility. 

It consists of easy yoga stretches, nice mellow tai chi and qi gong movements mixed with breathing exercises and a short meditation for relaxation. Feel free to try it!
 
I guarantee you will feel refreshed after the session.
