- This is a lesson pack of 3 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 3 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 2 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 25 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

I invite you to discover yoga. Mainly we understand yoga as a physical practice but yoga is more. While the Indian knowledge of life (Ayur-veda) cleans the body, yoga cleans the mind by opening up the body and by resting the mind.
 
Therefore different styles and methods were developed and are still developing nowadays. You would not think that such an ancient system (of at least 4.000 years) is still in progress. But yes, it is!
  • In our first lesson we will start with Hatha Yoga, the original yoga of asana (positions).
  • In the second lesson we will go to the opposite to Yin Yoga, a very gentle and static kind of yoga challenging body and mind.
  • Finally we go into a flow. Movement and breath are meant to flow together. Breath is an essantial in yoga. Through breath we open the body and move the air precisely. If body and breath are flowing everything is flowing! : )

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
