Kursinhalt
The class combines high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT) and strength exercises to make you sweat, burn calories and improve body posture. No equipment is necessary. Even if you have a chair, it will work!
During the class, the student is free to ask questions related to exercise techniques and also give me feedback on the intensity. I will ensure to adjust the class level according to the fitness level of the student.

The sequence of the class combines Warm-Up, Upper body exercises, Lower body exercises, Abs and total body combo, Cool down stretches.
