Training our emotions to make better choices

In this class we'll learn the basics of dealing with emotions like stress, anger, fear and learning to use these to our advantage. This is through breathing techniques and relaxation.No emotion is a wasted emotion. All is useful.
We'll finish the class with a simple guided meditation.
