Greetings all,

I hope everyone is healthy and happy during this difficult year, it has been a challenging time for many people, but I am very happy to have worked hard with so many great students, improving our English language ability by leaps and bounds!

Today, I am sending a group email to all of the students I have worked with over the last year, to inform you all of a slight increase in the price of our lessons together.
This is the first price increase since I began working with CafeTalk last year, and will be the only change in prices for the foreseeable future.

To give a brief overview of the increase in some of my most popular lessons:
The cost of individual short conversation lessons will be increasing by ¥200 to ¥1,600
The cost of individual long conversation and business lessons will be increasing by ¥400 to ¥2,600
The cost of lesson packs will also be increasing accordingly, however, lesson packs still provide an overall saving.
The cost of the short conversation lesson pack will increase by ¥1,500 to ¥12,500. However, the cost of each individual lesson within this pack is ¥1,389, providing a saving of ¥211 per lesson, and saving ¥1,899 overall on the cost of nine lessons.
The cost of the long conversation and business lesson packs will increase by ¥3,000 to ¥20,500. However, the cost of each individual lesson within these packs is ¥2,278, providing a saving of ¥322 per lesson, and saving ¥2,898 overall on the cost of nine lessons.

This price increase will begin on the 24th of August, so there is still plenty of time to book all of my available lessons and lesson packs at the current price, before the increase.

Also, as a big thank you to everyone I have worked with so far, I will be offering all of my current students a coupon for 25% off any lesson, this offer will begin on the 25th of August.

Thank you again to all of my friends who have been working so diligently, I always enjoy reading through your written work and discussing many interesting topics together. I am so proud to have seen such an amazing increase in so many people's English skills over the last few months, and I look forward to helping everyone progress even further, late into 2020 and beyond!

I understand that it is a challenging year for most people, however, as we spend more time at home we have a lot of opportunities to study and practice many more topics. When the restrictions end and we are able to travel again, we will put the skills we have learnt to good use!

現在、新型コロナウイルスの影響でとても厳しい時期ではありますが、沢山の素晴らしい生徒さんと一緒に英語学習が出来ることをとても嬉しく思います。

本日、全ての生徒さん宛に一斉メールにてお知らせさせていただきます。この度、昨年Cafe Talkを開始してから、初めてレッスン料金を少し値上げさせていただきます。

下記、各レッスンの変更内容となりますので、ご確認ください。

◼️Short conversation lesson: ¥1,600(+¥200の値上げ)
◼️Long conversation / business lesson: ¥2,600(+¥400の値上げ)

◼️Lesson pack (short conversation): ¥12,500(+¥1,500の値上げ)
※1レッスン¥1,389、1レッスンごと¥211また全9レッスンで¥1,899お得です。

上記レッスンパックはいずれも8レッスン分の料金ですが、実際には9レッスン受けられるパックなので、とてもお得です。

この度の値上げは8月24日(月)より開始いたします。
まだ時間はありますので、それまでに予約いただいたレッスンは以前と同じ料金になります。

またみなさんへ感謝の気持ちを込めて、今回25%オフのクーポンを贈ります。8月25日(火)より利用可能です。

改めまして、いつもとても勤勉な生徒の皆さんには、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。ライティングの宿題では、一緒に様々な興味深いトピックについての話し合いをとても楽しませていただいています。またみなさんの素晴らしい英語能力の成長を日々目の当たりにできることもとても嬉しく思います。残りの2020年もこの先もみなさんの成長のサポートができることを楽しみにしています！

このような厳しい時期ではありますが、この状況を逆手にとって、自宅で過ごす時間をより英語学習に充てるチャンスの時期です。色々な規制が解除され、旅行ができる頃には、ステイホーム期に力をつけた自分の英語スキルを発揮できることでしょう！
