============================ After an 18-month break I'm delighted to announce that I'm back on Cafetalk.
For the time-being I'm only available Monday-Friday from 17:00-19:00 Japan time.
However, I hope to extend my available hours soon.

You may be wondering what I have been doing the last 18-months. I started working for a Polish think tank about 18-months ago that does research on issues related to Central and Eastern Europe but also covers the Middle East, China, and the USA. This meant I was extremely busy but now I have found a little time for teaching on Cafetalk again.
