I am originally from Istanbul,Turkey and i have taught English and Turkish in Japan since 2012. I teach Turkish in English and also in Japanese,too.Advantage of Japanese students is there is the same grammar structure in Turkish.I send the original textbook pages and extra exercises for my Turkish study students.They first learn speaking :) This is the best effort during their practices.I believe that everyone can speak Turkish friendly and fluently.
