Advanced English Conversation

Online InglésClase - Advanced English Conversation Inglés 50 Mins   3,100
Much like riding a bike or learning to swim, we can only really learn English through practice.  Even before learning about our native language in public school, we are already able to use it to communicate.  Through constant exposure and guided practice, you will be able to learn English in much the same way.

Pronunciation

Online InglésClase - Pronunciation Inglés 50 Mins   1,500
We learn the sounds of our native language at a very young age and can easily mimic them.  As we grow older, however, it becomes harder for us to make or understand sounds not from our native tongue.  Why is that?  We all have the same mouth, the same tongue, the same lips and teeth.  So why is it harder for some to produce an "R" or an "L" sound than it is for others?  The answer is quite simple: we becme accustomed to our native language's sounds because we use them all the time.  While we may be able to produce other sounds not in our native language (babies do this all the time) we simply don't need to...unless we are studying another language! We must go back to a time when everything was new; when we could experiment and play with sounds and just have fun.  We can't be shy or try to think too hard about how a sound is made.  Just remember - if a baby can do it, so can you!
