Hi, I’m Andrew! I’m from Australia and have been studying Japanese for over seven years. I previously lived in Japan and will be moving back there later this year. While living in Tokyo and Kanagawa, I taught English to kindergarten students, and I currently tutor beginner-level Japanese learners at my university.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Language and Linguistics, so I have a strong understanding of how languages are learned—and how to make that process more effective and enjoyable. Whether you’re a beginner or just want more conversation practice, I’ll tailor each lesson to your goals and interests.
I also love music and play both guitar and drums, so if you're into music too, we can bring that into the lessons! I’m friendly, patient, and committed to helping you feel confident and motivated in your language journey.
