Hello! I'm Takuma, a Japanese tutor living in Tokyo.

Are you studying Japanese but don't have many opportunities to speak?

Do you find it difficult to express what you want to say in Japanese?

I would love to help you practice conversation in a fun and supportive environment!

【About Me】

In addition to teaching Japanese and programming, I work as a data analyst for a foreign-affiliated company. Previously, I worked as an IT engineer and studied data science in graduate school.

I love traveling and interacting with people from all over the world. Let's chat about various topics such as travel, IT, work, or life in Japan. I would also love to hear about your country and your interests!

【Teaching Experience & Qualifications】

I have passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test.

I have taught Japanese online to learners at the N4–N3 level who are aiming to find employment in Japan.

I have experience conducting one-on-one conversation and interview practice, as well as small group lessons using "Minna no Nihongo Shokyu II."

Currently, I also provide preparation for the Business Japanese Proficiency Test (BJT).

My lessons focus on free conversation, tailored to your interests and goals.

・Conversations about daily life, travel, and hobbies

・Practice explaining your work or your own ideas

・Role-playing for conversations used while traveling in Japan

・Reviewing grammar learned in "Minna no Nihongo" and practicing conversation

・Practice for self-introductions and job interviews in Japanese

Don't worry if you haven't decided on a topic. I will guide the conversation by asking questions.

I will type new vocabulary and natural expressions that come up during our conversation into the chat for you to review. Please feel free to let me know if you would like me to correct your mistakes on the spot or after you have finished speaking.
