Hello! Sawasdee Ka! 

Nice to meet you! My name is Som. (In Thai, “Som” means “orange.” )

I’m from Bangkok, Thailand, and I have been living in Saitama, Japan, for about 5 years.

If you would like to learn Thai language and culture in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, please join my lessons! Let’s study Thai as if we are chatting with friends.

About My Lessons

My Background

• I majored in English at university in Thailand.
• I have experience working at a Japanese automotive parts company in Thailand, so I am familiar with Japanese work culture.
• I have taught resume-writing skills to students at more than 50 universities in Thailand. I always try to explain things clearly and create lessons that match each student’s needs.

My Hobbies

① Cooking

I love both Thai and Japanese food, and I enjoy trying new recipes while watching YouTube videos. Let’s talk about food and cooking in Thai!

② Movies and Dramas

I enjoy watching all kinds of movies and dramas.
If you have any favorite Thai movies or dramas, please share them with me!

③ Reading

I love novels by Keigo Higashino and also enjoy reading books by other Japanese authors.

Through My Lessons

We learn new words and grammar through real-life situations, such as traveling in Thailand or talking with Thai people.

Learning through situations makes it easier to understand when and how to use Thai naturally.
