It's nice to meet you! My name is Juliette, and I have been teaching English for the past five years, with additional teaching experience in other disciplines beforehand.
 
I am highly qualified and serious about my students' learning, but I also agree with linguists' theories that people learn languages best when they are not nervous or embarrassed, so I make the environment in my lessons as welcoming as possible in order to facilitate students' comfort with speaking, making mistakes, and learning.
 
While the environment in my lessons is comfortable, this does not mean I intend to sacrifice rigor. I plan lessons which are goal-oriented, and work dilligently to ensure that my students achieve the goal set out for them.
 
I have a friendly and outgoing personality, and this assists me in fostering the aforementioned environment. Outside of my teaching, I enjoy a wide variety of hobbies, such as studying languages, writing, playing PC games, running, cooking, and building plastic models.
