Hi, I’m Miwa! ^_^ I’m originally from Kobe, Japan, and have been living overseas since 2008, including in the UK, China, Indonesia, and now Malaysia. These international experiences have shaped both my teaching approach and my understanding of language learners from diverse backgrounds 

I am a UK certified primary school teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching English to students of all ages, particularly those learning English as a second or additional language. I am passionate about creating engaging, student centred lessons that build confidence and make learning enjoyable and meaningful :)

My teaching style reflects my personality. I am friendly, kind, and patient ^_^ I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit individual needs and interests, helping students stay motivated and achieve their goals 

Outside of teaching, I enjoy dancing, singing, cooking, baking, and playing sports, which I often incorporate into my lessons to make learning fun and interactive :)

My mission is to empower English language learners to communicate with confidence and to use English as a tool to broaden their world and opportunities ^_^
