Hello, my name is Kagawa.
 
I majored in Chinese language at university and have lived in Chinese-speaking regions for over 20 years. During this time, after studying in Beijing, I worked in Beijing, Shanghai, and Dongguan, Guangdong before moving to Hong Kong in 2003, where I have lived ever since.
 
　I have taught HSK preparation and Chinese to children of local expatriates, as well as Japanese to local students using Chinese.
 
1) I will use my own learning experience to understand the difficulties Japanese speakers have when learning Chinese (especially pronunciation and the four tones). I will teach beginner to intermediate level Chinese learners.
 
2) I would also like to share with you some of the things I have learned over the years living in Chinese speaking regions, such as the lifestyle, culture, and ways of interacting with people in these regions, as well as taking in the interests and concerns of my students, by utilizing my experience of living abroad.
 
3) Through my own experience of passing level 6 of the HSK, I can also teach students who are interested in taking levels 1-4 of the HSK.
