Hello, my name is MaNami S. I was born and raised in Tokyo Japan, now I'm living in Washington DC. I have experience with teaching Japanese both in a classroom and online lessons. If you have any questions, please send me a message or try to join a trial class (free).^ - ^
Hello^_^ My name is MaNami S and I have been living in the United States for 12 years. When I first came to the US, I was barely able to hold an everyday conversation, but after attending a language school, I am now working for an American company. I also work as a Japanese teacher for American people through this organization.
Please join my lessons if you’d like to learn everyday English in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
You can choose the topics that you like on the spot, and we will continue the lesson talking about what you’re interested in. Don’t hesitate in contacting me about the lesson contents.
You don't necessarily have to live in an English-speaking country to learn English, but there are many expressions you won't find in English conversation books.
If you have any questions about what it's like to live abroad as a foreigner, or if you'd like to get a glimpse of American life with a little English thrown in, feel free to ask me anytime (you can also ask me questions in Japanese).
I will do online standby lessons late at night and early in the morning, Japan time. You can also take free trial lessons, so please feel free to contact me. (You can also ask me any questions)
※The online lesson at midnight will be of 20-25 minutes long and I will give feedback in the comments section, I will not send a summary file (for the 30-minute lesson, I will send you a file to summarize the session).
※Lesson topics ^-^
If you don't have a specific request regarding the topic of the lesson, I will give you a suggestion and if you’re ok with that we will proceed on the specific topic. After the lesson is over, I will send you a file with a summary of the lesson’s topic, as well as words and phrases learned during the lesson.
You don't need to prepare any specific materials, just write down any words or expressions that interested you (the level is beginner; we can start with the alphabet if needed).
