Hello! I’m Kitty, an American ESL tutor, former Executive Assistant, and romantic suspense novelist from a tiny mountain town in the Idaho Panhandle.
Beyond teaching and family, I am passionate about cooking, trying new cuisines, and exploring different aspects of culture - traditions, language, and daily rituals - which often inspire my writing.

I am working toward the opportunity to realize my dream of living in Asia, where I can deepen my study of the language and culture while documenting my experiences through my writing.

I work with advanced ESL learners who want to master high-level English - whether for work, study, or creative expression. My sessions focus on advanced grammar, nuanced vocabulary, and natural conversation, using poetry, short texts, and guided discussions to help learners communicate with effortlessness, precision, and their own unique voice. I offer both audio only and video sessions.

Whether refining business communication or cultivating a natural speaking voice, I provide a focused, intuitive space to develop clear, confident, and engaging English.
