Hello! I’m Sabine Lea, a native and certified French teacher.
I have been teaching for over 20 years, including 6 years online, with more than 5,500 hours of online teaching experience.
I hold a Master’s degree in Purchasing and Management, a French DUT in Marketing Techniques with an International Option, and a French BTS in Trilingual Secretarial Studies and Office Administration. I also hold an official Language Teaching Certificate and professional PADI instructor qualifications, including OWSI and MSDT (Master Scuba Diver Trainer).
I teach French at all levels, from A1 to C2, and I adapt every lesson to the student’s level, goals and individual needs.

Phonetics and pronunciation are an important part of my teaching. I am also the author of a published book on French phonetics. The book presents a practical strategy designed to help learners become progressively more independent in French, understand French as it is actually spoken, and communicate more easily with native speakers in everyday situations, natural conversations and real-life environments.
For me, learning French does not mean learning only how to speak. It is also important to understand the language and write it correctly. This is why I also work on spelling, written expression and dictation, helping students develop a complete and solid command of French.
I can teach and explain French in English and Spanish, which is especially useful for beginners and for students who need clear explanations of difficult grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation points.
French is my main teaching subject, but thanks to my strong command of English and Spanish, I can also occasionally provide support in these languages depending on a student’s needs. My multilingual experience helps me understand the difficulties learners face when moving from one language to another.
My lessons are fully personalized. Depending on your goals, we can focus on conversation, pronunciation, listening comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, spelling, dictation, exam preparation or French for professional situations.
My objective is to help you understand real French, communicate with greater confidence and fluency, write correctly and gradually become an independent French speaker, through clear, structured teaching adapted to your needs.
