Hello Everyone
My name is Karen. I am from South Africa and I live in the beautiful city of Cape Town. I am a fully qualified teacher with a Higher Diploma in Education. I have more than 30 years' experience teaching English.
English is my native languages and I enjoy teaching students from all over the world. I have travelled to 12 countries and I lived in Japan for two years where I taught Conversational English and Business English at an English Language School. After a year of teaching in Japan I was promoted to Senior Teacher.
I am a kind and patient teacher and my classes are aimed at empowering you to speak English more fluently and confidently by improving your conversational skills. My classes are personalized to fit the needs and interests of each student. I work well with pre-intermediate to advanced levels.
I enjoy walking along the beautiful beaches of Cape Town. I am currently studying Spanish and Japanese as a hobby.
