Hello. My name is Gina.
I majored in Japanese and have also studied abroad in Japan. I made some good friends while studying in Japan, and I also met people who were interested in South Korea. I received many questions about South Korea and the Korean language, which made me want to learn more about my country and language.
 
After returning to South Korea, I studied to become a professional Korean language teacher and obtained my certification to become one. I have been happily working in this field of Korean language education since 2005. I still believe that this was a good decision.
 
I have spent a lot of time training new teachers, and I’ve also participated in the planning of publication that specializes in Korean language materials. I had spent a lot of time wondering how I can communicate better and more gently.
 
I typically travel to different areas of Japan once or twice a year. I am fascinated by the different cultures that Japan has to offer. For me, it is my second home. I am looking forward to meeting students from all over the world online. I also look forward to meeting students who have their own stories to tell.
