Hello, I am MIKA from Japan!
 
I was born and currently live in Japan. I often visit China too.
I teach Chinese to Japanese people and work as a language interpreter.
 
It's been a year since I started teaching Japanese. Who motivated me were my students, who seemed excited for the opportunities to learn some conversational Japanese.
 
I have been learning Chinese for 9 years. I spent about 6 years in China, also. I can communicate fairly well in Mandarin, to the level which I hardly encounter problems in every-day communication with native speakers. 
The more I became fluent in a foreign language, the more I feel the advantage of speaking multiple languages. I enjoy speaking several languages because it allows me to connect with a wide range of people across the globe. Also, I am genuinely surprised to see that many people are interested in learning Japanese! Through my teaching, I would love to share the joy of learning a language with students just like you, who is eager to learn Japanese!
