I am an experienced communicator and educator with a professional background in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry since 2005, where I’ve worked in various roles including technical support, customer service, sales, healthcare, and finance—serving clients from the US, Canada, Singapore, and Malaysia.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, major in English, and I’m passionate about helping learners improve their English communication skills in a supportive, engaging, and practical way.
