Hello, I'm Addy. I am a native Chinese Mandarin speaker from Taipei, Taiwan. I had lived in Paris and Shanghai.

Hello, I'm Addy. A native Chinese Mandarin speaker from Taipei, Taiwan. I've had the pleasure of living in both Paris and Shanghai.

 

Brief introduction:

*Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the National Taiwan University of Arts.

*Native Speaker with over 3 years of teaching experience, and have obtained dual certifications for Chinese teachers in the UK and the US 

*As a designer, photographer, and Project Manager in different international agencies.

*Passionate traveler, having explored over 50 cities across 16 countries, and passed the obtained certifications for Foreign Language Tour

*An enthusiast of art, culture, and history, I've recently embarked on teaching art history in Chinese.

*A language learner, learning French, Japanese, and Taiwanese now

I was a designer and photographer and am now a project manager for advertising and digital marketing.

 

Having lived and worked in Shanghai, I am excellent with simplified and traditional Chinese.

 

I am a lover of cultural history, as well as hiking, climbing, cycling, and traveling. I have traveled to 16 countries, and more than 50 cities.

 

If you are interested in speaking authentic Chinese, I am here to help you learn the useful terms! I will ensure the lesson content that you learning will be not outdated and it will be real Chinese.

 

Recently, I'm learning Japanese, Yoga, and finance. I obtained certifications for Foreign Language Tour Manager in May 2023.

I have 2 years of experience in teaching various topics: Chinese, software tutorials, history, painting, the art of history, etc.

My Students are from 10-70 years old. They are in tech, law, commercial, bank, hotel, and education fields.

I have a great deal of professional experience, especially with many successful projects.

As part of my duty to communicate with various clients, I am attentive, patient, and open-minded.

I also learn other languages such as English, French, and Japanese, so I know the difficulty of learning another language.

The class will be 80% to 100% Mandarin.

Extra work after each class for practicing your Chinese (audio, reading, or writing)

Through my extensive experience of living and working in different countries, I can enable you to learn real-life Chinese to understand and communicate with Chinese friends or colleagues easily.

Discuss and be flexible in developing course content as required.
