Hello, I’m Jiwoo, a Korean language tutor.
I’m here to help you learn Korean in a fun and relaxed way.
I’m a Korean citizen who majored in journalism, public relations, and advertising. I spent a year in Japan as an exchange student and gained experience working in the service industry, where I used Korean, English, and Japanese.
During that time, I helped a Japanese friend who was interested in Korean with conversation and writing, and that experience made me truly appreciate the joy of learning a language together.
Having witnessed firsthand the expressions Japanese learners often struggle with, as well as the subtle grammar and nuance differences that can be confusing, I can explain these concepts clearly from a learner’s perspective.
Drawing on my understanding of the Japanese language and culture, I’ll provide support that’s as casual and friendly as a friend’s, yet always sincere.
I love K-POP and Japanese anime, so I think we’ll have a lot of fun chatting in Korean while sharing our hobbies and cultures.
