I'm Ricardo, a TEFL‑certified English coach from Macau. Unlike most tutors, I come from the business world — I've spent over eight years in marketing, sales, and operations. That means when we practise English, you're not just learning from a textbook. You're learning the real language people use in meetings, emails, presentations, and interviews.
I've also coached students through the IELTS exam via one‑on‑one Zoom lessons, so I understand the pressure of needing a specific score. Whether you want to feel more confident in conversation, prepare for a job interview, or finally hit that IELTS band you need, I'll build every lesson around your goals.
I speak a little Cantonese and Mandarin myself. I know how vulnerable it feels to learn a new language, so patience and encouragement are at the heart of how I teach. You'll never be rushed, and mistakes are simply part of the process.
