Hello! I'm a qualified and experienced English teacher with a genuine passion for helping others learn and grow. Since 2004, I’ve been teaching English to speakers of other languages in a variety of settings—schools, universities, private lessons, and online. My goal is always to provide an engaging, supportive, and personalized learning experience for every student.

I hold an English teaching qualification from Trinity College London, and I studied Computer Science and Mandarin Chinese at the University of New England, earning High Distinction grades in Chinese. My love for languages extends beyond English and Mandarin—I've also studied five other languages, which helps me better understand the challenges my students face and how to support them effectively.

I’m known for being warm, energetic, dependable, and deeply committed to my students’ success. I adapt each lesson to your unique goals and learning style—whether you're looking to improve your speaking, writing, grammar, or boost your confidence for career opportunities.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy the outdoors, including the beach, music, movies and sports—especially anything involving the ocean like surfing and scuba diving.
