Hello I´m Evelyn of Colombian nationality, I speak English and Spanish as a native, having lived in NYC as a child for eight years and then in my continued studying in a British school. Then went to Paris where I studied philosophy and London, in English literature and linguistics; as well as esoteric sciences (astrology and tarot).
My interests shifted towards the study of ancient Eastern cultures and the practice of Zen Buddhism. I then studied and graduated as a Social Sophrologist (a science that implements relaxation and meditation techniques for transforming stress and increasing capacities).
For over thirty years I have used the sophrological methodology to teach languages (superlearning); clinical (resolving stress and psychosomatic disorders); and high performance (sports, exams, etc.)
