My name's Emir, friends call me James. I am a TEFL ceritified English teacher with about 8 years of experience. I have taught English in China and Serbia. I have also taught online lesson for the past year.
I love basketball, games and swimming. Those are my favorite hobbies but I also enjoy keeping up with the world news and learning about some scientific facts, like physics, geography, and chemistry facts.
I am born in Canada, but have lived in the USA, Europe and China.
I love meeting different people and cultures and learning about them. In my teaching endeavors I have met many people and befriended them. I was always fascinated by the Japanese culture and would one day definitely like to visit it, which I would have if not for Covid-19. Now I would like to start a new chapter in my teaching journey. A japanese one! I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet and teach a variety of different students with different demands so as to improve myself with new experiences, as well as to be of servise to people with love for English!
