Hello! I'm Maki.

I'm a high school English teacher in Japan. As a language learner myself, I understand both the challenges and the joy of learning a new language.

My lessons are relaxed, friendly, and tailored to your level and goals.

Qualifications 

  • Graduated from the University of Saitama (a national university in Japan)
  • 12 years of teaching experience
  • Certified Junior High and High School Teacher (First-Class License)
  • EIKEN Grade 1 (Practical English Proficiency Test)
  • TOEIC Score: 900

Japanese for beginners
Travel Japanese

  • Casual conversation (free talk)
  • Pronunciation and basic grammar
  • Japanese for working in Japan and interview practice
