Hello! I'm Ken!

Hello! My name is Ken, and I'm a native German speaker from Germany who grew up bilingually. I'm currently living in Japan on a Working Holiday, where I'm experiencing first-hand what it's feels like to learn a new language and adapt to a different culture.

Because of this, I understand both the challenges and the excitement of language learning. My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable speaking German and learning at your own pace.

My German Lessons

I believe that learning German should be practical, enjoyable, and tailored to your personal goals. Whether you're learning for travel, work, university, or simply because you're interested in the language, I'll adapt each lesson to your needs.

I already have experience teaching German online to students of different ages and language levels, and I enjoy seeing their confidence grow with every lesson.


Taekwondo Coaching

Besides teaching German, I'm also a professional Taekwondo athlete and a licensed Taekwondo coach with over 20 years of experience. I offer personalized coaching for beginners and experienced practitioners, focusing on poomsae, technique, flexibility, and structured home training.



A little about me

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Media Informatics and a Master's degree in Media Conception. My background in design helps me create clear and engaging learning concepts, while my coaching experience has taught me how to explain complex topics in a simple, motivating way.
