Hello everyone! My name is Miss Shahinur (˶ᵔᵕᵔ˶)

I am an experienced ESL teacher with over 11 years of professional teaching experience. I am fluent in English, Russian, Turkish, and Tatar, and I currently live in Turkey. I studied at Boston University as an exchange student, and I speak with a clear American English accent.

My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and transparent. For me, every learner is unique, so each student receives a personalized learning plan based on their current level, goals, and learning style. My teaching approach is highly structured and student-centered: I create individual learning plans, track progress using shared spreadsheets, and provide all lesson materials and homework in organized shared documents. I value clear communication and always aim to build a supportive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.

Throughout my career, I have worked with international students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I have successfully prepared learners for IELTS, TOEFL, and Cambridge exams (KET, PET, FCE). I also help students improve Conversational English, focusing on idiomatic expressions used by native speakers, as well as Business English, including presentations, email writing, and public speaking.

My goal is to help students overcome the language barrier and start speaking confidently and freely. I work only with adult learners (20+) who already have a basic foundation in English (B1 level or higher), so we can effectively boost their skills to the next level. ✈

  

Before taking any class, you should take a trial lesson where we will get to know each other, discuss the all details of your study program, set realistic, achievable goals, a time frame, and then proceed to regular lessons.
